Amara La Negra might be schooling TV viewers on what it means to be Afro-Latina, but the Dominican-American singer has been debunking the Latina myth long before her run-in with Young Hollywood on “Love & Hip Hop: Miami.”

Actually, the 27-year-old songstress has been commanding the stage as a proud Black woman for years.

Long before Amara was bringing the realness to “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” and signing deals, she a sweet, sassy muñeca stunning in beauty pageants.

She was working the runway better than any of the top models in the fashion industry.

Seriously, Gisele and Adriana could take a few lessons from baby Amara. Look at that strut!

The singer was also showing up the rest of the kids on Sábado Gigante.

Front and center from the start. Just where we like her. ????

This clip of a little Amara doing “La Macarena” seriously has me questioning my own dance moves.

Meanwhile I’m still trying to nail down a two-step salsa.

And here she is womaning up and telling Don Francisco what’s what.

Even as a kid Amara was ready to make it big so she could take care of her mom. Cut to me this a.m. calling my mom to see if she’d make me breakfast. ?? ?? ??

Ultimate proof she was born to command the stage even at age 8.

Make way gente, she’s coming for you!

Amara La Negra, people! First of Her Name, Queen of Tumbao!
