One month ago, the two solo artists hinted at a collaboration with Cardi more than a month before the song was finally released. In a post to her Instagram page, the “Back To You” singer of Mexican descent shared a series of photos alongside Cards B as well as Puerto Rican reggae ton and Trap singer Ozuna and Grammy-winning French producer DJ Snake. Last night, the team finally dropped their first ever song and it’s giving off some major Latinx music vibes. Just like Cardi B had hoped. Speaking about the new song in a post to Billboard’s Instagram stories, the trap singer said “It’s very Spanish. It’s very like a Spanish vibe. As soon as I heard it, I was like, ‘I want to get on it. Then I found out Selena Gomez was going to be on it, and I’m like, ‘Oh, s–t!’ I knew it was going to be a hit.”

The entire track boasts a breezy and lively rupture of Latin beats blaring out on the the unique dynamic that comes from uniting four separate artists with extremely contrasting public personas and musical styles. Cardi B lays down the law with her rap flow while Gomez’s voice adds her saucy flare.

Of course the new song has stans doing the most.

But also I could listen to this queen rap in Spanish all day.

And Spanish speakers are so done over Gomez singing in Spanish.

After all, it’s not every day that the “Wolves” singer brings us Latin vibes to her songs.

Even abuelas are here for the Fall jam.

Now, just imagine how hyped she’s gonna get when the actual music video comes out.
