Cardi B Makes Million Dollar Deals And Still Buys $20 Dresses From Target Because She’s The Queen Of Budgeting
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar is a “regular degular shmegular” queen who knows a good bargain when she sees one. The Bronx-born rapper who makes million dollar deals for her music hits recently revealed that even though her pay stubs have reached great heights in the past year she still going for that discount deals when it comes to her clothes.
In a recent post to her Twier account, Pregardi B rocked a cute floral dress while rapping to “Who Wants the Smoke.”

The floral dress gives off all types of boho / Caribbean vibes and it’s off the shoulder look seems perfect for the summer weather. Of course, it didn’t take long for fans to press Cardi for answers like where the heck they could get something as cute. Fortunately, it didn’t take long for Cardi to reveal that the dress was from Target and of course fans immediately began to call her the Queen of Budgeting.
But the news gets better.Target.com
Not only is the dress not out of the Balenciaga or Louboutin price range, it’s also on clearance. That’s right, mi gente, the Women’s Off the Shoulder Smocked Top Maxi Dress by Xhilaration is down 9.00 from its original sale price and is going for $20.98.
While Cardi B might have that million dollar fortune these days, she’s proved time and again that she’s still on a smart budget.
One of the easiest things to love about Cardi B is her inclination to just wear what she wants. One day she’s rocking head to toe Balenciaga for her “Bodak Yellow” music video and the next she’s singing Fashion Nova’s praises. Besides Target, Cardi B has been known to wear pieces by Angel Brinks, Le Specs, and Red Factory.
So like I said, Cardi B is the Queen of Regular Degular Shmegular.
